Refund policy

Returns must be made within 14 days and in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event you should receive faulty goods, please return them to Mr Overalls Ltd, Unit 4 Chestnut Drive, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 9SB or pop into our store so we can view the goods. Agreed faulty goods will be credited in full or replaced.

If your goods do not fit please return in their original packaging so we can exchange.

Cancelation Policy

Should you decide to cancel any orders placed; a refund will be processed on the same or next trading day. Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% and could incur the carriage cost to return the goods to the supplier.
